Terms of Service for SisHotel
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SisHotel PMS and its integrated messaging features, you agree to these terms. If you are using this service on behalf of a hotel entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Service Description
SisHotel provides an orchestration layer for hotel management. We integrate third-party messaging APIs, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, to facilitate guest communication. We are not responsible for service outages caused by Meta Platforms.
3. User Responsibilities
- Consent: Hotels are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from guests before messaging them via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, as required by Meta’s Business Messaging Policy.
- Content: You agree not to use the service for spam or for the transmission of illegal content.
4. Data Management
- Ownership: The hotel retains ownership of its guest data. SisHotel acts as a processor to facilitate the service.
- Retention: Data is stored as long as the account is active or as required for hotel operations.
- Manual Deletion: As specified in our Privacy Policy, data deletion is handled manually via a request to our support team by email or phone.
5. Limitations of Liability
SisHotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the messaging integrations, including messaging limit restrictions imposed by Meta.
