SisHotel ("we," "us," or "our") provides a Property Management System (PMS) designed to streamline hotel operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services, including our integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We only collect and process data strictly necessary for hotel-related operations. This includes:

Usage: We use this data exclusively for reservations, guest follow-ups, check-in and check-out coordination, and customer support. We do not sell or share this data with third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services (Meta)

Our service utilizes the Meta Business Suite, including the WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. By using these channels, your data is processed according to Meta’s privacy standards. We act as a data processor for your hotel’s guest communications.

4. Data Deletion (ARCO Rights)

In compliance with Mexican law (LFPDPPP), you have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO).

Process: Upon receiving a manual request via email or phone, we will verify the identity of the requester and purge the specified data from our PostgreSQL databases within 20 business days.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/HTTPS) for all data in transit between our servers and Meta, and secure access controls for our database environments.
